So easy and user friendly that no one should have problems using

The ease of use! I can't think about anything at this point - it's great from A-Z with everything you could possibly want as an employer/candidate searching out talent. There is nothing we dislike so far; however there are some things which may be improved but not enough room here for me to list them all (maybe later?). This tool has been life changing when looking through resumes online versus hiring someone locally who knows us well personally by seeing their resume first hand before even…

An excellent tool in managing candidate data

I have personally recruited over 35 reps from peak during my tenure at other firms - most of them went through this same system before me. It makes hiring very transparent since all info is stored with one central place; as well there are many more features like phone alerts sent out when an position becomes available! There seems no way around having multiple screens open while you're monitoring your candidates' CV's/Resume files etc.; so keep everything organized using tabs within tab pages.

Excellent resource for recruiting and sourcing

The best part is all their features are helpful when looking at different candidates from various sources of data I am able keep track where they have been searching/reading online etc.. They also do an excellent job with phone screens as well! Nothing really bad but it has come up occasionally during my day-to-day work life how easy some aspects can be made easier would love if there was more time tracking options available too instead just keeping everything straight manually -.- This solves…
