I bought four of these lights. Very good value. However, one light stopped working after just a couple of months. The other three worked fine. It took a few months (long after the ebay period) for us to get up to the roof to take it down and test it.I tentatively reached out to the seller with not much help. Figured caveat emptor. BUT, to my pleasant surprise, the seller responded IMMEDIATELY (same day; within a few hours) and we had a resolution with one email, even better than I expected.6 Stars for the seller!I'm even buying more lights now from them largely because of the customer service received.As for the lights themselves, they're replacing some 400W bay lights at about 15'. These lights have a slightly more directed light (not as diffused), a more neutral or slightly bluer color than the lights we have now (which is actually what we wanted), and are instant on versus a few minutes to warm up. VERY easy to install (just plug in). Just wish I hadn't waited two years to make this jump.
