I wanted parallel lights as I didn't want to see wires (no protrusion under cabinets) and stock lights don't offer that option. I also had a sink between two rows of cabinets, so I needed a separate power supply for both rows of cabinets to avoid crossing wires. I also wanted the RF remote to avoid line of sight to control the lights. Long story short, I bought two sets for each row of cabinets, drilled a small hole in the bottom of the cabinet, and routed the wires inside the cabinets. The remote came in the box with both sets (there is now a spare) so everything worked great. I cut each connector so that the hole in the case is small (just the size of the cable) but it was easy to put back on, same goes for extending some wires. I didn't even solder, I just twisted and insulated - there are no problems. If you do this, make sure the cable markers line up with the markers (one is marked with a black line). I wish they had the ability to change colors - maybe they do, but I couldn't find it.
