This was a nice addition to my printer and made it a lot more convenient to use without having to refill paper every day -- yes, we print a lot here. Pros: - Easy to install - Large capacity - Easy to refill - Looks like it was part of the original printer all along. Cons: - it took 2 people to lift the main printer to install it on this extension tray - the printer is heavy - the paper coming out of this extension tray jams on the 2nd and 5th sheets; I don't know why, but after that it stopped sticking and now I have the third stack of paper. I'm not sure if the first stack of paper had any creases or had to run through a few sheets for alignment to really take hold, though. I'm following this.
