Excellent value for your money
I purchased 2-12in. and 2-6in. packs thinking I would need at least half of them. Butchered, hung and cut up one 950# and one 700# dressed steer. I used the 12 inch blade to split the carcass and the 6 & 12 to process after hanging. I have not had to take out a second blade from each size as both are still pretty sharp. When cleaning use a brush, they bite into any rag. Really sharp.
- Sturdy blades to cut up meat.
- Rusted after Frist wash.
