Not Stainless - my new review

Nice looking blade. Seems durable we'll see. They are not Stainless. Magnets will NOT stick to stainless! Magnet stuck right to them. That's the reason I didn't give a five star. I purchased them for meat and need to be stainless, maybe they wont wear and rust.

  • Cut up 3 steers amazing through them in dishwasher and use them again 2 weeks later

Very poor. for my opinion

Didn't live up to statements. Very poor performance due to design. Did not smoothly cut through bone. Might as well use a standard blade. The teeth are too large to make a smooth cut.I bought the blades to butcher a sheep. Even cutting off the hocks were rough.Now I have a a sheep hanging in a fridge ageing but no way I can cut lamb chops, steaks, or cut the ribs with these blades.I'm left looking for an alternative.I suppose I'm going to purchase a meat bow saw when I start the butchering.

Cuts through frozen meat

We used them to cut through frozen venison. Worked like a charm. Did the job an electric knife couldn't. Thanks for attention.

Very sturdy good for me

We are hunters so we bought this to saw through bone of deer we've harvested. It works great absolutely no complaints. The blades may become loose during use, leading to potential injury or damage to the tool.

Not worth the money

I was excited when I received but and really disappointed they do not cut through bone without a lot of effort applied. Would not recommend.

Fits Ryobi good for me

Seems like a good product. They fit on my ryobi reciprocating saw. Intended use is for butchering venison, haven't had a chance to actually use them.

Excellent value for your money

I purchased 2-12in. and 2-6in. packs thinking I would need at least half of them. Butchered, hung and cut up one 950# and one 700# dressed steer. I used the 12 inch blade to split the carcass and the 6 & 12 to process after hanging. I have not had to take out a second blade from each size as both are still pretty sharp. When cleaning use a brush, they bite into any rag. Really sharp.

Hunters will love this for processing

This was amazing at processing a deer. Easy one time cuts and not problem. Highly recommend this is worth it The teeth may dull quickly when cutting through particularly hard or frozen materials.

Very difficult to cut threw meat

Used for cutting a turkey in half, very difficult to cut threw, took forever and seemed to almost chew threw meat.I had to use a lot of pressure. I'd compare it to cutting threw 6 inches of solid oak ! It's almost like its the wrong tooth count.

Cuts 2 1/2 " frozen beef bones with ease.

I wanted this item to cut frozen beef bones for the dogs. Worked perfectly. Easy cutting and easy cleaning. That's my review!

Great for butchering

We bought this to split hogs. It does a great job. With only 3 teeth per inch,it is very aggressive and makes fast worth of sawing through bone. The stainless steel blade is easy to clean - just be very careful.
