Good gate. We bought a second one but this time we needed a cat flap. I like the idea but the cat door is huge. Our Australian Shepherd wasn't in the room when we set her up and soon she walked in, saw her and literally walked right through the cat door with ease without even drawing any attention to her. I'm sure this will work well for the cat after we change it so the aussies don't get through. I think the cat door is almost twice as high as it should be. My 20 lb cat, if still with us, could easily have walked through the opening leaving room above her head. It's a good goal but for us if we didn't equip it somehow we would have to return it as it didn't serve our purpose. Good construction, solid, matches our other gates, seems a decent price and fast delivery as usual. We'll get it the way we want it, meanwhile the manufacturer could make the cat hole one size smaller, or at least put something in the box where the buyer can make it smaller if needed.
