I am new to embroidery and very impressed with everything that comes with it except the scissors. There are so many beautiful colors to choose from. Everything was packed so well. The thread bag is very useful. I love the fact that each color is numbered and that I can reuse the cardboard the thread is wrapped around. The only thing that doesn't work is the scissors so I'm only giving 4 stars. It doesn't work at all, but whatever, I have a pair that I use for sewing. The fabric is long and can be used for at least 4 different cross stitch or embroidery projects. At this time, I am practicing embroidering with stitches. I can only recommend it and would also give it as a gift. I would recommend that they include a little stitch practice project.
