I love knowing that there are other companies in similar markets as mine who know what it takes just like me on any given day/weekend of our year! We all understand one another's struggles. It really helps when we get stuck or need extra help with sales calls. Communication can sometimes be difficult because you often speak different languages but this does not affect my overall experience when working with zilla. ZILLA has helped us grow over 40% while reducing churn by 10%. I like that it's simple and easy to use. It has helped our business by allowing us to easily share information with others within our organization. The platform is also very intuitive and our users can get right into solving problems. Although the user interface could be improved, we are still able to solve some issues without needing help from a developer. We have been able to increase communication between employees in the office and remote workers to provide them with helpful suggestions and ideas.
