I love knowing that there are other companies in similar markets as mine who know what it takes just like me on any given day/weekend of our year! We all understand one another's struggles. The ease of use - so many features that it makes you want more! It's very customizable with different layouts available in addition to multiple views as well (eg, what are your co workers doing?).
