I use this device in a mesh system and found the documentation a bit lacking and after a few days of trying I found the settings that worked for me. I hope this helps anyone using the grid system. My satellite network is the third in this system and I'm about 150 feet from the main node and 40 feet from the second satellite. I am living on this property in my RV until my house is built nearby. I got a Wi-Fi signal from the second mesh and used it for several months, but the desired speed was extreme and from time to time some of my gear resets. That's why I bought this third satellite grid box. This solved the speed problem and everything became much more reliable. The problem that remained was that my mesh unit would drop out from time to time and not always reconnect to the system. My mesh device has four LAN ports and I need this ezOutlet for the device to work and restore service when I lose internet access. I am attaching a screenshot of my settings working in my situation. You may need to play around with the app to customize it to your needs. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys messing around with technology.
