Meets my needs pretty well!
I have a 1/2 gallon Yeti pitcher that I use for water. Sometimes I nearly herniad myself trying to remove the lid. The whole cold contract theory really works. I placed the jug around it and it tucked under my arm and twirled nicely. When extra strength is needed I use a silicone heating pad and the small handles make it easy.
