Caution The item is not an original Microsoft product, as the listing suggests. The product is counterfeit. Easily recognizable by the packaging and poor workmanship of the product. Returned immediately. Poor quality of the components that make up the product. The first photo shows the box it came in. The second has a short string with glue coming out of the end clasp. The cable is also cut low, resembling a cheap cable-like extension. Not an original Microsoft cable. Third photo at the end. Note the textured cheap plastic, again not made by Microsoft. The fourth photo is a picture of the charging head. This is from the side. The plastic is so thin that you can see the light passing through the plastic. Genuine Microsoft products are designed so you can't see them. This is a counterfeit product and not a 3rd party product as there is a trademarked "Pro Windows" sticker next to the charger. This product is named after the actual Windows operating system installed on the device (e.g. Windows 7 Pro ETC), not the generic operating system name.
