Everything was fine until about 30 days after my purchase the wire broke. I want to show a photo to see that this is a cheap product

This charger works but gets HOT! I don't leave my device unattended and unplug it when the battery is charged. It works but I'm nervous so I'm looking for something else.

This product was specifically ordered as it is a genuine windows power supply but after only 7 months it stopped working. I tried to contact both the seller and Revain but neither of them responded. It's frustrating when you spend extra money on a quality product and end up with a product that lasts as long or even less than the generic. You get a warranty period, but you have no one to contact if you need to claim the warranty.

I received this charger for my Surface Pro 2 on July 22nd and it has been making a high pitched beep while charging my Surface since day one. I also had to keep the cord away from any other surface because it got hot. It's now day 44 and I've plugged my Surface into a charger and got nothing - no LED to show it's charging, no high-pitched beep like before, no overheating of the power cord. Nothing. Caution The item is not an original Microsoft product, as the listing suggests. The product is counterfeit. Easily recognizable by the packaging and poor workmanship of the product. Returned immediately. Poor quality of the components that make up the product. The first photo shows the box it came in. The second has a short string with glue coming out of the end clasp. the wires are sticking out next to the power supply and there are already connection problems. July, 7 months after purchase. One of the contacts sank into the charger's head and a large plastic bubble formed at the top (the part that inserts into the surface). My tablet stopped charging completely. I have emailed the seller and will update their response. I noticed that the current listing no longer includes the 1 year warranty in the description.
