Not as advertised?: Cushions, Inserts and Cushions

I bought these cushions to use outside on my porch. They are advertised as waterproof and even feature photos of water droplets on the surface. This is not what I received. What mattered were very flat pillows that didn't fill the pillowcase even after being thrown in the tennis ball dryer, as another reviewer suggested. The fabric is soft and cotton-like, which is usually good except that water doesn't pool on the surface. I'm keeping them because they're just for the porch and don't need to be perfect, and if they get wet and moldy this summer I'll throw them out and start over. But if I had bought them for internal use I would return.
