(This bottle holds just over 64 ounces (just over 1/2 gallon or 2L). I have a similar YIREN water bottle that is almost identical in design except for a few parts. I wanted to drink a few bottles of water to keep fit during the day (my doctor recently reminded me to drink close to a gallon of water a day.) I'm a pretty tall guy, most people don't need by a gallon per day, but see how much you need. This bottle holds just over 64 ounces of water (and has handy measurements printed on the plastic), so it's a good way to keep me in check as I'm the needs to drink water all the time This bottle has a nice gray color and a gray stripe around the neck of the bottle.It has ounce and ml markings on one side of the bottle and motivational quotes on the t.It also reminds you at drinking water in the course of the day. The bottle has two indentations on each side about halfway down the bottle which is handy for holding. But the bottle is quite big so I'm not sure many people can hold it like that. The bottle has a straw which I took off and the lid has a nice latch to keep it from opening. I wash mine at the end of each day and let them dry completely. Every few days I fill it up with water and 1/2 teaspoon of bleach, then mix well, swirling the water every few minutes for about 10 minutes, then rinse well with water to keep bacteria out. Water bottle, although it scratches fairly easily.
