Review on 🎮 MUSETEX ATX Mid-Tower PC Gaming Case: 6 RGB LED Dual Fans, Tempered Glass Panels, USB 3.0, Cable Management & Airflow by Andy Edwards

For starters. my build: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Motherboard: MSI MPG Gaming Edge with WiFi Storage: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RGBStorage 1: Samsung 500GB M.2 NVMStorage 2: Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDDGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GBPSU: 750W 80+ Gold with RGBCase: MUSETEX ATX Mid-Tower 903-D6RGB Fan 1. The first problem I had with this case was the back panel where all the RGB fans are connected (blue circuit board in the photos). The instructions that came with this case are rubbish. let me explain. The manual does not provide enough detail on how the fan board should be powered (also the layout of the board in the manual does not match the layout of the actual board). The result is a 3-pin ARGB cable that also branches into a 3-pin power cable (see pictures). I wasn't sure about the 3-pin power supply pinout, so I was very hesitant to connect it to the fan header for power. That's when I noticed the SATA power cable. Since I already have a SATA hard drive powered, I decided to use one of the power outputs on this cable to power the board (see images). I'm not sure if you can actually supply 3-pin power to the RGB fan board and I haven't tried it. My big complaint here is that the instructions are unclear. Also, MUSETEX doesn't have a website, so you'll have to email them if you encounter any problems. RGB Fan 2: Another thing to note is that the RGB fans use 3-pin ARGB, so the fans are not addressable and you can only change them by pressing a button on the top front panel. No USB-C: There is a USB-C slot, but it's not plugged in and the hole is blocked. You also can't install it yourself because the front wiring gets in the way. I don't care because my GPU has it. No Company Website: As I explained above, the instructions for the case components were somewhat lacking and this company does not have a website to try and find better instructions. If you encounter any problems, you should email the company. This is a bit annoying as you can usually diagnose problems yourself on the FAQ page. In the end I solved all my problems myself and didn't have to email the company. They're supposed to respond within 8 hours but I can't comment on the speed and quality of their customer service as I ended up not needing it. Hard Drive Slot: This is not a complaint, just a note. . To screw in the hard drive you have to remove the front lower fan (see pictures). No big deal, just a note. This case also does not come with hard drive trays. I didn't really care because I could just screw the hard drive right in, but to remove the hard drive I had to take out the front bottom fan. Front Panel Side Bumpers: The front glass panel comes with two side bumpers. (see photos) but they won't stay on when you remove the plastic wrap. I don't mind it much, but it's very annoying. Front sticker: I hate the damn front sticker. It's cheap so the glue stays on when you take it off and I had to go to Goo Gone to get rid of it. Overall it doesn't really matter, but it's very annoying. Overall I'm happy with this case, but had to deduct half a star for a couple of issues I encountered (see above). The RGB fans look great and are very quiet.
