Good HTPC graphics for 1920x1080

I have this for my home theater, it's a first gen i5-650 so I need help. I have a UHD (4k) TV and an FHD (1920x1080) monitor on the side. It reaches around 40 degrees Celsius when idling and only around 57 degrees Celsius during operation. I have a large desktop PC case with one fan in the case and one in the power supply. I use it with Ubuntu Linux 14.04 and MythTV. 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz looks great and the CPU load is almost zero when running MythTV with the "VDPAU Advanced" setting. A big improvement over the 9400 GT it replaced and it only uses 40% power and has no fan. 30Hz braking and braking. This card does not support the VP9 codec (used for YouTube 1440 and 2160 videos). I installed the H264ify Chrome extension to make YouTube use the H.264 codec for 1440 and 2160 videos and then they played smoothly but the CPU was almost maxed out. This card also does NOT support HEVC/H.265 which is used by Netflix for 4k videos and cannot run 4k/60Hz. If you want good 4k/60Hz performance, you need the GTX 950, which also supports HEVC for Netflix 4k.
