Bought as a birthday gift for my 2 year old grandson. I’m so disappointed! First off, came with too many straight pieces and not enough curved so couldn’t even let him ride as we have no way of making a closed track! Where some said was too loud, actually can hardly hear sounds. Really wondering if I didn’t get a used one as some of the track pieces looked a little scuffed. Was so excited to let him ride and now won’t even have a gift for his party in 2 days! Do better people! Signed, A very mad and disappointed Mimi! 😡So I tried again as I really felt that I had maybe received one that was returned and I liked this particular train due to a larger track option than most. Much better results this time. Came with all track pieces and even a 1 year warranty registration card that I did not see in the last one. Steam worked, however, only thing I am a little disappointed with are the train sounds are not very easily heard while train is being ridden. Train itself is a little loud when being ridden, so it really muffles the train sounds. Other than that, I’d probably give it 4 stars this time!
