Review on SCOSCHE HY05B Harness for 2006-08 Hyundai Sonata by Bob Ramthun

Worked great with my 2008 Sonata. I didn't have a premium audio system with a factory amp, so like others I just cut off the black line-level converter box. I chose this one because it comes with all the cables needed, including to add a steering wheel control adapter. The Ford wiring harness is missing, I believe the power antenna wire, one of the steering wheel control wires. It's easy enough to deal with, but not necessarily so. I would like to mention that when used with axxess aswc-1, the steering wheel control wires and ground wires are swapped on this harness; Pin 18 is black and should be brown, it is pin 19 on this pendant. You just need to ground the brown wire on pin 19 and instead connect the black wire from pin 18 to the adapter. I'm not sure about other brands. After connecting this wiring harness to the stereo and aswc-1, the new stereo was hooked up and everything worked with no issues.
