This KVM is AMAZING!. It works seamlessly with two 4K monitors. If you're like me and have a mechanical keyboard, you'll be very happy to know that KVM has a button that disables hotkey monitoring, which means the device shows up on the remote computer. To the right! I had audio issues but in the end it was just confusion about how the device works. Since it came with a 3.5mm audio jack cable, I assumed my computer must be trying to send a signal through that audio port. After much testing, I found that the KVM's 3.5mm output was indeed mapped to the audio input of the first HDMI cable. Once I set up the computers to send a signal to this output, it works amazingly. (I just don't know why the USB cable has a headphone and mic plug when it's clearly not needed. That little flaw, apart from KVM, is great. I'm very glad it works.
