Sturdy, but tray is a tight fit

Comes fully assembled. Very sturdy, definitely stainless, a good size for my needs. The tray underneath is my only complaint, it is a VERY tight fit and difficult to pull out of its slot. I ended up deciding to jam it under the sink for now & have been simply wiping the counter dry underneath the caddy. I don't think I will be putting the tray back in. It will just get slimy and gross bcuz it is a nuisance to remove. The thing looks & functions fine without it
