Unreliable. It pairs great, works when initially paired, but then comes back a few days or a week later and doesn't work at all. You need to remove and re-pair the BT pairing on your phone to make it work again (rinse, repeat). I *may* give it 2 stars because I have it on my MTB and the magnetic mount works great, I ride very aggressive trails and it stays there with no problems. I hope I never see it sticking in an accident ;) I will say that the buttons are very small and not that easy to operate with cycling gloves, but at the same time you don't want a huge hickey on the steering wheel or bar, so the size is of the device perfectly. I just wish it would work more reliably.
