Perfect kit, be careful when installing!

The kit is great. The engines are of good quality. Needle Removal Tool works perfectly! Please read below before installing! This set has everything you need. My speedometer motor has stalled. That was the main thing I wanted to replace. I unsoldered the old one and soldered the new one in. I also swapped out the tach, fuel and transmission temp motors while I was at it (although they were fine). In short, I mixed up the tracks on the speedometer. one. I took the dashboard to an electronics workshop. The guy looked at it and realized that the solder trace/rivet was probably damaged on the middle layer of the board as it's a 3 layer PCB. He said that basically when I desoldered the old motor he pulled the solder rivet out with it. There is absolutely no way to repair the middle layer of the PCB. Now all the gauges work except the speedometer which is important. I'm a very agile/mechanical guy. Replacing these engines is not a rocket operation. But I would like to take the new motors and dashboard to an electronics store. The job would only cost me $60-$120. They charge $60 an hour. Now I buy a refurbished one for 500€. I refund about $300 for the main fee. The bottom line is to make sure you're not using an overly hot iron! You will damage your board if you do this.
