I bought a half size larger than my usual shoe size and they are perfect. I have a third pair!
These are women's shoes, not men's shoes. good walking shoes, I walk 2.5 to 3 miles a day. Good light weight with adequate support. I don't have a problem with bows so I don't know if they help or hinder. But I haven't bought any other hiking shoes for at least 6 years.

- They say MEN, but they are for WOMEN. So the size is wrong. CAREFULLY! I had to send them back.
