Not good for anything harder than cheese

I bought these for carving steer horn but they're way too soft on the edge. I thought maybe it was because of the hardness of the horn but no, I can easily bend the edge over with my fingers. If I hadn't thrown out the packaging I would ship them back. Lesson for next time.Tldr: not good, steel too soft.

Pros

Great knifes. But not the exact kind I needed but will use them when I can.

Cons

The knives are not very durable and can become blunt quickly, requiring frequent sharpening
