If you hold the Lomtap grip head in one hand, an an "industry-standard" grip head from one of the big names, you'll immediately detect a quality difference; however, that difference is largely cosmetic, and in terms of its strength and functionality, the Lomtap head is every bit as good as "pro" heads costing more than twice as much.
