Improved standard. the best food service equipment and supplies

This thing surprises me! I participate in KCBS BBQ competitions. Pork thighs, brisket, ribs, and chicken evaporate, fogging up my glasses after a few hours. I've found that large foil pans break under intense pressure, so I've recently started using stainless steel pans to support the foil pans. I wouldn't take anything for my Cambro. You are the standard! Excellent performer and worth the dollar.
