The original part broke causing the upper basket to sag on the right side. I looked for a replacement and found one for >$60 + shipping at a plumbing job. I checked Revain for the same part number and found it to be much, much less than $$$. It was a little tricky to figure out how to take out the top rack and replace the broken part with a new one (probably a guide would help if I pointed it out) but after some trial and error (had to take it apart again at least 2 times) it worked for me everything works fine. I couldn't be happier! Calling a plumber for repairs would have cost me over $125.
