I like that it is so easy to use right out of the box without having any training or previous experience in using skills management software. It doesn't have as many features as some other programs but this also makes it easier to understand how everything works together once you are familiar with what can be done within each section. The one thing I would change about trackstar skills tracker is its reporting capabilities - there isn't really much room for customization when pulling reports from track star. However, if your organization has been looking into track star we suggest reaching out to their support team because they will walk through all the different options available within the program before helping guide you towards which option might work best. We used trackstar primarily for recruiting purposes however tracking employee skill profiles was helpful too since employees were able to show where they had worked previously (or not) and provide examples of projects completed. It helped us see gaps between our I like that you can do a lot with it. You can track skills, knowledge, certifications, etc. It's easy to use and has a good interface. The only thing is that sometimes there are some glitches in the program. They have fixed it though so it's not as bad now. If you're looking for a way to keep track of your employees' skills and training, this program will help you out. We've used it to keep track of our employees' skills and trainings so we can make sure they stay up-to-date with their skills.
