It doesn't have as many features as some other programs but this also makes it easier to understand how everything works together once you are familiar with what can be done within each section. It's easy to use in conjunction with the HRIS software we already have at work. Some of our employees are self-starter learners, but it is still difficult to keep track of their progress through the program. A simple way to help them complete tasks that would otherwise be missed or forgotten. I also like being able to see what skills they need before hiring new people into certain positions.
