The best thing is that it allows me to keep track of my employees skills. It also allows me to see what skills are needed in the organization. This software has helped me keep track of my employee's skills and abilities. I like how easy it is to use and navigate through the program. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs an easy way to keep track of their employees skills. I am able to keep track of my employees skills and abilities by using this software.
