*Brighter - no doubt these bulbs are significantly brighter than the old incandescent bulbs. * Blink - These lights will blink for a brief second when braking, making you more visible - It is well known that the lifespan of LEDs is much longer than that of traditional lights. The package states a lifespan of 30,000 hours*. Price - I could buy regular lamps for less than $4. But they definitely last longer than traditional light bulbs.* Safety - when the extra brightness of the LEDs and the flashing function prevent accidents, the return on investment is high! In just 5 minutes I installed them on our 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan. There were no problems with this car. These bulbs fit our Dodge Caravan. No additional resistors were needed. I only recommend these lamps for safety reasons. I believe they will survive multiple sets of regular lightbulbs. In the long run they will become cheaper. If even a single accident was avoided because the extra brightness and flash caused the driver to look up from his text messages, then it was worth protecting my family.
