I'm sure it's a decent product to some degree, but I got it hoping to curb my cat's compulsive skin-scratching. The sides felt incredibly soft and hollow. Neither I nor my cat would ever believe it was meant for scratching. The inside of the box was a little tight for my liking, but not too bad for my cat. The glue only works on about two sides of the cube, so there wasn't really a real "seal" on any of the edges that have little cut out cardboard doors. Either way I felt like I didn't get my money and had to return it. If, like me, you understand that scratching is a healthy feline behavior but you also want to keep your furniture intact, I would recommend looking elsewhere for the perfect scratching post.
