Review on WayUp by Matt Simpsons

I like that WayUp is able to match me with multiple employers and job seekers. I like that I can see the employers I'm interested in and can apply to them directly from the platform. I dislike that WayUp only allows me to apply to employers through their platform. I think having the option to apply to employers directly would be a nice addition. The site is not very intuitive. I often find myself searching for jobs that I know I have interest in. I think this is because WayUp's search functionality is not very intuitive. I think WayUp could improve their search functionality. Also, WayUp is not very intuitive. There are a lot of steps to get to the part of the website where I can actually apply to jobs.
