Great service to create videos using any kind of video files

It's very easy for people who have never worked with APIs before because it has good tutorials that make things clear so you don't need to ask lots questions in order to get started right away. Also I've seen other similar services such as youtube-gifs which is free but not great about support when something goes wrong or if they encounter technical difficulties. We are using this service mainly to create videos from any kind of files we want without having to rely only on Youtube like many of our friends do.

Fast response time, no matter what question i'm asking there will always be an answer almost immediately.
Great tutorial section at their website where anyone can learn how everything works step by steps just reading through them instead going further into more complicated stuff (like coding)
