Mixed reviews. best in ear headphones

So I bought my daughter pink headphones for Christmas and used them for a while. I loved her in training. So I decided to buy myself a white pair. About a week later, the right earpiece suddenly turned itself off and then started rattling. It usually tells you when the battery is low, but it's definitely not. I tried charging it and it wouldn't turn on. Luckily I was still within the return period so I exchanged them. I hope this doesn't happen again.
