I got this pump to replace an old one that died. This device is really good: smaller, lighter and much quieter than the previous one and was easy to assemble (after some minor modifications to the installation to adjust the dimensions and accommodate this device). The only issue I found is the switch to switch from 120VAC (as factory installed) to 220VAC. It's operated by a flimsy arrow-shaped plastic handle that bends and warps very easily, and it takes me about 20 minutes to finally get it to toggle (I recommend toggling the voltage switch before installing the unit so you don't overdo it have to haul the floor to do this!). Overall I'm happy with the pump and hope it lasts a few years with no problems!
