Good build quality but does not work properly with 2008 Outback
Mirror did not work properly with my 2008 Subaru Outback 2.5i. The mirror moves up/down but NOT left/right. Dorman customer service was quick to respond to my email and after troubleshooting found the mirror was defective. My old broken mirror was still powered by electricity. I sent the first back and Revain sent the second. The second time I had exactly the same problem as the first. Thanks Revain for the quick exchange but the second one is going back and I'm buying from a different manufacturer. I would like to give this mirror 5 stars as the build quality was very good and it matched my OEM mirror almost exactly, but as some units did not work with the car they were designed for I have to pull them down to 1.
