Room Rangr makes managing multiple locations easy
The best thing about room ranger is that it allows you to control your properties from any place in the world, through an app or website. You can also receive notifications of everything happening at your property 24/7. Some features like cleaning reports are not available for all countries (like Argentina). I would suggest them adding more country-specific options as well as customizing some parameters such as notification frequency so they fit better with local regulations. It has allowed me to manage my hotels easily without being present at each one of them.

- That this tool gives us total visibility over our hotel portfolio worldwide;It helps controlling every aspects regarding guest satisfaction check out procedures & rooms bookings management.
- A little bit difficult customer service but there's nothing major
