Review on Servmetrics by Vashod Reed

It's easy to use, has all of our needs met (sales reports/dashboards), is affordable & quick implementation process! Honestly I have no complaints about this product at ALL - it works well with my business model. Our restaurant currently does not track sales via phone calls or emails but we are looking into ways that could be implemented in future if needed by customers. If you're interested in tracking your daily activity as an owner / manager then check out serv metrics. We've been able to easily see how many people call each day so far which helps us determine what days need more attention from staff etc.
