Too few hardware adapters
This wall mount came with very limited hardware for a real TV, but I assumed the manufacturer would supply screws to attach my 43 inch Samsung TV from 2016 would fit because every TV wall mount I've ever bought came with plenty of screws to allow it to be fitted to most major TV brands. However, this wall mount had very few fasteners and nothing matched my TV. Luckily I found extra screws from my latest wall mount (other brand) in a labeled bag in my garage, and lo and behold! The bag contained the screws I needed. Because of this, I will not recommend this product to anyone.
