Great idea, terrible follow thru
I bought this tractor with the extended warranty. It worked well for 7 months then it just stopped running. A number of calls with the warranty company yielded promises, parts that didn’t fit or didn’t fix it, and hands thrown in the air with exclamations of "There’s nothing more we can do”. Calls to the manufacturer yielded "we don’t stock parts for that model anymore”. No parts after 7 months? I’d give 4 or maybe even 5 stars if it still worked or I got good service. Now it’s 1 star.
