Works best for shaving and hair removal
I bought this item at Walmart for only $5 (which is why I didn't buy it here). I wanted to check it out and say it really works! I have polycystic ovary syndrome and a mix of dark and light hair on my face and chin/neck area. I left it on for about 7 minutes and the hairs immediately detached from the baby wipes; leaves my face smooth. I highly recommend!
