So the product is GREAT at removing hair but it left a few patches on my chin with chemical burns. Since I don't have sensitive skin, I was pleasantly surprised. Attached is a photo, the burns circled. As you can see it's not TERRIBLE but if you have even the slightest sensitivity this isn't the product for you. It didn't burn during operation, which is a plus. Thank god for the excellent cover!

I bought this item at Walmart for only $5 (which is why I didn't buy it here). I wanted to check it out and say it really works! I have polycystic ovary syndrome and a mix of dark and light hair on my face and chin/neck area. I left it on for about 7 minutes and the hairs immediately detached from the baby wipes; leaves my face smooth. I highly recommend!

I would not recommend this product, I have had blisters and chemical burns since using it, the Sally's Hansen product has not damaged my skin at all and I have had nothing but skin soreness and blisters with this product. I would be very happy about a return.

(UPDATE 10/05/3019) If you do not want your hair to go dark again, do not use this product. I made a mistake. It's been 4 months and I've only used it twice because the first time the hair on my upper lip grew back it was noticeably darker. My friend noticed my mustache. I went insane I used it again to see if I need to keep doing it and I swear it's darker again this time. I regret ever using this! Bought this Nair face cream to save money on brow wax and threads. I've used it 3 times and I still have an almost full bottle left. PRO TIP: Draw your eyebrows in the desired shape with a pencil and use it as a guide when applying Nair. He acts quickly, so mistakes are almost impossible.

I was concerned some people said it would burn their skin but I had no problem! No irritation or redness, even after a full 10 minutes you could honestly have left it on longer if needed. It also leaves my skin soft. If you have thicker/darker hair it will take at least 10 minutes but is great at smoothing skin to make makeup look good. The only problem is that it has a pretty strong perm smell, but that's forgivable.

I've tried everything in the hair removal market to find the best product or method. And every Nair product I've used has hurt me and been ineffective. This product barely affected the peach fuzz over my lip. I tested it on several areas to see how effective it was on other hair types. I tried it on my leg, it works great. I tried it on my upper lip and within a minute it was burning like crazy. Of course I should have taken it off sooner but I waited five minutes hoping some hair would fall out. But it just made my lips sting and my hair didn't fall out. I've never felt a burn that intense before, but I think it looks like a chemical burn. I'm afraid to try again.
