Review on 📶 High Speed Data Gateway: Arris Touchstone DG860A Cable Modem, Compliant with DOCSIS 3.0 by Chris Smotherman

This router/modem worked fine on a direct connection but didn't work at all for WiFi, it didn't broadcast. I spent almost 2 hours. with Time Warner Techs and they were unable to fix the problem. I contacted ARRIS technical support and they told me that this model is not intended for retail sale and that they (Arris specialists) have no technical information about it and cannot help me. They said that the ISP is responsible for the technical support of the devices they buy. If you purchase this device, please note that Arris cannot help you with any problems. I returned what I bought.
