So let's start with the good points, it's multi-regional, it plays DVDs from ALL regions, it's pretty thin, it is easy to set up . Bad points: You have to use the key (x2) on the back of the player to play foreign DVDs (so don't lose the keys). The player itself is quite loud at times, but not always (occasionally), but for the price it's not too bad. The remote control is very small so if you have poor vision this will be a problem. The picture is ok for this DVD player, but not outstanding, if you want a good picture, buy a more expensive player. In the end I'm very glad I bought this product and might buy another one for a spare room. It does what it's supposed to do and at a price you really can't complain about. It also arrived here fairly quickly and in good condition (box and product intact). Recommend if you are like me, missing your home and want to see all the programs in another country (UK > USA).
