Although neither adapter is very tight, I managed to get one of these to work with my computer and it has worked flawlessly for 6 months. A week later it started cycling on and off (the LED is always on), but a day later it was completely dead; I didn't charge anything and my battery was dead. I contacted the company and they asked me to provide a photo of the product and a screenshot of my order, which I spent time on. Then they said they would either replace the charger or return the money. I asked for a refund but when I contacted them the next day they said they didn't want to do anything as they didn't have my order number on their records. So much for standing behind the product! If it's YOUR product, YOU should support it, not some policy! If something like this doesn't last at least 5 years, it's not worth a dollar!
