Broke in less than 3 weeks, terrible customer service
After clearing the paper jam, the error message doesn't go away. I did all possible troubleshooting steps and then called the support team. I had to provide my name, address, proof of purchase and serial number, after which I was told my case would be sent to the back room for approval. A week later I heard nothing. If I had kept the box I would have sent it back. waste of money and time. buy brother. I would give that 1 star if I could.
