Not a good product, keep buying.

We have been using this Zip-it brand drain cleaner for years, having recently moved we lost ours and had to buy a new one. I thought we were all the same and didn't really think about this purchase. Boy was I wrong. They come rolled up in a small bag in the shape of an O. They are all permanently bent, one was broken on arrival and the other broke immediately when I started using it. This tool is great for cleaning drains, but continue to buy a higher quality product.
